Refund policy

We want you to love Go Beyond Energy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, cans must be unopened and in their original, unused packaging. Opened cans are not eligible for refund or exchange for health and safety reasons. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

To start a return, email us at info@gobeyondenergy.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide instructions for returning your item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

If you received a damaged or incorrect order, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@gobeyondenergy.com and we will make it right at no additional cost to you.
